On the morning of the required delivery, the Marken Frankfurt team made immediate arrangements for the customs broker to meet with the onboard carrier at the airport, streamlining and expediting the customs clearance process. Once the shipment cleared customs, the driver transported the critical shipment to another German airport, ending with final mile delivery to the manufacturing site.
The autologous therapy was successfully delivered on-time to the manufacturing site, allowing for pertinent processing in order to support the health of patients.
